We are looking for someone who enjoys communicating with people, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and can adapt quickly when plans change.
This is not a routine office-based role. You will be part of a dynamic cruise business involving live operations, guest experience, walk-in customers, travel agents, and real-time coordination.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle booking enquiries, confirmations, and customer coordination
* Communicate with guests, travel agents, and partners via WhatsApp, phone calls, and online platforms
* Prepare quotations, conduct follow-ups, and provide booking support
* Manage walk-in guests and last-minute operational updates professionally
* Coordinate closely with operations teams on guest lists, boarding arrangements, and special requests
* Support onboard guest experience arrangements when required
* Assist with travel fairs, promotional campaigns, and events
* Ensure smooth communication between sales, operations, and frontline teams
Requirements
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
* Able to remain organised and composed when situations change quickly
* Strong teamwork and coordination skills
* Independent, proactive, and adaptable
* Prior experience is an advantage, but attitude and willingness to learn are valued more
Preferred Qualifications
* Background in tourism, hospitality, events, customer service, or sales
* Ability to speak multiple languages such as English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
* Experience handling walk-in customers or frontline operations
