Our client, Equity Commercial Roofing, a highly rated roofing company located in Mifflinburg, Pa, with a reputation for listening to customers and delivering 5-star service is seeking a Full-Time Sales Coordinator/Administrative Assistant to join their Team.
Performance objectives for this role include:
Collects, enters and manages all financial data.
Creates invoices and maintains A/R at company standards.
Maintains all bookkeeping standards.
Receives all inbound phone calls.
Utilizes Quick Books for entry of relevant information.
Experience and Skills
Qualifications/
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required with at least 2 years professional experience within sales/office/administrative position.
Proven experience and knowledge of Quick Books.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Outgoing personality – positive and polite.
Self-driven and goal oriented.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of MS office products.
