Job Description
Kauffman Stadium is home to the MLB Kansas City Royals in Kansas City, Missouri. Aramark supports our clients by providing a high level of attention to detail and outstanding customer service in all that we do. Within the ballpark, we have our top-tier guests and clients that expect nothing but the best; luckily, the best is what we deliver. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for all advanced orders for the Suites and Catering events while supervising the client and guests’ needs and clearly communicating with the Premium Department in advance while ensuring high attention to detail.
This position will have general office functions including, but not limited to, accounts receivable, sales reporting, and collecting credit card information from a high volume of guests.
Our ideal candidate is an individual who can work independently with little supervision and communicate swiftly and consistently with their team and leadership, making a lasting impression on our guests and ensuring that a five-star, white-gloved experience is provided.
Ability to work evenings, holidays, and special events may be required.
Job Responsibilities
Maintaining the standards of customer service as required by management.
Selling advance orders of food and beverage to guests in suites and/or catering; including consistent communication with clients, collecting payment, ordering specialty items from local vendors, and coordinating special requests.
Communicating with members of the Kansas City Royals, Culinary and Front of House Management team regarding the orders and special notes.
Organization of the office including, but not limited to, paperwork of all orders and customer files.
Preparing paperwork for the following day’s event(s).
Keeping areas clean, neat, and organized.
Maintaining communication with staff (including office staff, e-mail, phone calls, inter-office mail, etc.).
Taking appropriate measures to ensure the security of client and company assets when collecting payment from clients.
Interacting with clients, employees, vendors, customers, and guests about business-related activities and attending meetings, as required.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
18 years of age or older (Required).
Previous administrative experience in a related field or function (Preferred).
TEAM/TIPS Certification (Required) – will be trained and certified upon hire (as needed).
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to perform administrative duties.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
Basic computer skills (Preferred).
Work shifts that are 6 – 10 hours in length.
This role will have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of PPE.
