We're Hiring: Sales & Marketing Operations Associate — Jepara
Goodwood Home , a manufacturing company based in Jepara, is looking for a Sales & Marketing Operations Associate to join our team full-time.
What you'll do:
- Manage client communications and support the sales pipeline
- Help maintain and grow our CRM operations (HubSpot)
- Support outreach to international buyers and partners
- Assist with trade show preparation, with potential travel to China or Europe as part of our export strategy development toward 2027
What we're looking for:
- Fluent English (spoken and written) — non-negotiable
- Adaptable, curious, and eager to learn
- Early-career candidates welcome — fresh graduates encouraged to apply
- CRM experience is a plus, especially HubSpot — but we're happy to train the right person from scratch
