Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.

We are looking to expand our administrative team by filling a vital role within the organization with a Sales Support Administrator. The ideal candidate will have a wide range of administrative experience and, most importantly, thrive in a fast pace, high-volume, and deadline-driven work environment. The incumbent must have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, impeccable customer service, be open and willing to adapt to the current business need, and juggle multiple tasks while working independently to execute effectively.

Primary Responsibilities:

Must be comfortable working in Excel, CRM (Salesforce) and be highly adaptable to other applications.

Detailed report generation and execution.

Provide a wide range of administrative support to the sales department management team, including but not limited to ad hoc reporting, calendar management, new hire processing, and scheduling.

Review and process sales paperwork (contracts) by checking for accuracy and completeness.

Follow-up with sales representatives to ensure missing and inaccurate information on sales contracts is completed by the required deadline.

Manage contracts that are on hold by taking appropriate follow-up steps to ensure contracts are moving through the process and unnecessary delays are minimal.

Develop and enhance processes to reflect current business practices to help drive efficiencies in the department.

Qualifications:

3+ years administrative experience supporting a high-volume sales department.

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Exceptional attention to detail, highly organized, and excellent follow-through.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Effectively communicate and collaborate with different departments.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and preferably have experience with Salesforce.

Positive, friendly, and supportive attitude.
