We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer (Admin-focused) to take ownership of our Salesforce platform, ensuring it effectively supports business operations while continuously improving processes and user experience.
This role is best suited for someone who is highly experienced in Salesforce administration, automation, and stakeholder collaboration, with the ability to support development and integrations when needed.
Key Responsibilities1. Salesforce Administration (Primary Focus)
- Configure and manage Salesforce (custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, permissions)
- Design, build, and maintain Flows and automation to streamline business processes
- Manage users, roles, profiles, and access control
- Maintain high data quality through governance, validation, and cleanup processes
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for business insights
2. Process Optimization & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with business teams (Sales, Customer Service, Operations) to gather requirements
- Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve workflows, usability, and efficiency
- Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support
3. Development & Integration Support (Secondary)
- Support light development using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) when required
- Assist with integrations between Salesforce and external systems via APIs
- Collaborate with technical teams on more complex development or architectural needs
RequirementsMust-Have
- 4+ years of experience working with Salesforce
- Strong expertise in:
- Salesforce configuration (objects, layouts, permissions)
- Flow Builder and process automation
- Reports and dashboards
- Proven experience working directly with business stakeholders
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model and best practices
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator)
