We’re looking for a highly proactive Operations & Tech Associate to join our team and act as a key partner in building and scaling multiple business ventures from the ground up.
This is not just an execution role — we want someone who thinks like an owner, contributes ideas, and helps drive strategy.
💼 Role Overview
As an Operations & Tech Associate, you will work closely with leadership to:
- Set up and optimize technical infrastructure (CRM, websites, automations)
- Support business growth through lead generation and sales operations
- Act as a strategic right-hand, bringing insights and improvements proactively
🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesPhase 1: Technical Infrastructure
- Configure and manage Salesforce CRM (custom objects, flows, automation) – needs Salesforce Admin who can manage everything and not someone who will just submit data
- Build and optimize landing pages using AI-powered tools (e.g., Lovable, Kajabi)
- Improve UI/UX based on marketing psychology (CTA placement, color theory, etc.)
- Integrate systems across Salesforce, Zapier, and web platforms
Phase 2: Growth & Operations
- Execute outreach campaigns (LinkedIn & Email) to drive lead generation
- Manage top-of-funnel sales activities
- Create and manage social media content strategies
- Track projects and performance using tools like Asana/ClickUp
- Deliver daily EOD reports with full transparency ("The Good, The Bad, The Ugly")
- Also someone who can manage Social Media of the client
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce administration (not just data entry)
- Experience with website builders, landing pages, and automation tools
- Understanding of marketing psychology & conversion optimization
- Highly proactive mindset — you bring ideas, not just follow tasks
- Excellent communication skills with a deep-dive reporting approach
- Ability to work independently and take ownership

- Successful CRM & funnel setup within the first 30 days

- 💰 Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000/month (Please don't apply if your requirement is above that)
- 🕒 Shift: US Shift (Night – aligned with EST)
- 🌍 Work Mode: Remote
