MidPlaza Holding is seeking a skilled and proactive SAP Administrative Staff to support our project management team. In this role, you will running the process of recording the incoming and outgoing material transactions through the SAP system (especially MIGO module) accurately and on time to support the smooth operation of construction projects and hotel operations. SAP Administrative Staff is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of document data such as Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), Receipt of Goods (BAST), and invoices with actual transactions, as well as supporting the logistics reporting process and the completeness of material handover documents for internal and external purposes (audit/vendor).
Responsibilities:
Entering material transaction data in SAP (MIGO) based on Purchase Orders (PO), delivery notes, and shipping documents; ensuring that the data is accurate and corresponds to the actual conditions on the ground
Checking the completeness and accuracy of documents, including PO, Delivery Orders (DO), Receipt of Goods (BAST), and invoices; ensuring that the progress of work and volume of goods are accurate before proceeding to the payment process
Managing archives and preparing project logistics reports, including stock movement, material usage, and goods receipt transactions to support tracking and audits
Providing suggestions for improvements to work procedures (SOP) related to SAP (MIGO) process, including identifying obstacles and recommending enhancements to project administrative efficiency
Requirements
Minimum education of high school/vocational school with work experience in logistics/project administration, or a D3/S1 degree in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
At least 1-2 years of experience as a warehouse/logistics admin using the SAP system (MM/MIGO module), preferably in the project or hotel sector
Capable of operating the SAP system, particularly transactions like MIGO, MB1C, MB51, MB5T, and similar
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Table) for inventory data reporting
Understand the logistics flow, purchase documents (PO), delivery documents (DO), and goods receipt (GR)
Detail-oriented, systematic, and responsible for data accuracy
Communicative and able to collaborate within cross-departmental teams
Disciplined, able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
Willing to be placed in project/office areas in Bali (may relocate if necessary)
Willing to work overtime if there are project needs
