Our company is looking for an SAP Solution Manager, Functions to join the team:

Required Experience :

• Technical professional with at least 2+ full life cycle SAP implementation and 1+ support
• Must have good working experience on other components of Solman system Admin and Monitoring, Remote Supportability, Solution Manager Work Centers.
• Must have good working experience in Business Process Monitoring (BPMON) tool in SAP Solution Manager
• Managed SAP Solman Implementation starting with change management and project planning to physical transports of changes from the development environment into the test and production environments (both ABAP and non-ABAP like SAPUI5, JAVA, Fiori etc.)
• Experienced in Customization and operation of key SAP SolMan modules: Change Request Management (ChaRM), Change Control Management System (CCMS), Change Transport System (CTS ), Test Management, Solution Documentation, Business Processes Modelling, Business Process Change Analysis and Business Process Monitoring.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in computer science, engineering or related area of study, or equivalent experience.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• The person should have an experience in Configuring and Supporting Solution Manager 7.1 or 7.2 He/ she should have experience in setting up and troubleshooting BPM.
• Proficiency in all key SAP Solution Manager modules
• Must be able to present and interact business process owners in the environment.
• Should possess good working experience on other components of Solman system Admin and Monitoring, Remote Supportability, Solution Manager Work Centers.
• Should have worked on Cross Database Comparison
• Should have experience of SAP Solman Implementation starting with change management and project planning, to physical transports of changes from the development environment into the productive environment.
• Design, implement and test ALM functionalities of SAP Solution Manager like ChaRM, ITSM, E2E monitoring, Test Management Suite etc.
• Able to deal with the performance Optimization of Systems connected to Solman System.
• Must have excellent documentation skills for configuration, troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance of the environment.
• At least 1 End to End build post steps knowledge of Solution Manager.
• Should have worked on EWA configuration for JAVA stack systems ABAP systems.
• Should have worked on Solman setup for Managed system configuration Basic configuration Infra configuration SLD.
• Should have worked on BPMON System Monitoring ,Application . Knowledge And Skills
• Advanced written and verbal communication, presentation, and persuasion skills
• Proven ability to manage and juggle competing priorities.
• Understanding of SAP best practice
• Strong background in troubleshooting system performance problems or potential system installations
• Oversee solving complex business problems by creating IT solutions in consultation with business partners, architects, and other stakeholders
