Duties
Lead and motivate to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations within the company.
Develop and implement operational strategies, monitor performance metrics, and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
Requirements
2-3 years minimum of oil and gas experience.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train personnel effectively.
Must be available to work evenings, and weekends.
Must be able to work under pressure.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both personnel and customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
