Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Scheduler at Bahamas Sotheby’s International Realty. The Scheduler will be responsible for managing appointments, coordinating schedules for real estate agents, and maintaining organized records. Day-to-day tasks include confirming and rescheduling meetings, communicating with clients to ensure timely responses, and assisting with administrative tasks to support the team efficiently.

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient with office software and organizational tools

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Ability to work independently and remotely

Customer service experience is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent.
