What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Coordinate scheduling and referrals to other healthcare providers and services
- Obtain approval for schedule changes or cancellations as appropriate
- Maintain and update provider contact information
- Ensure all medical appointments and patient information are accurately entered into the electronic medical system
- Follow site-specific protocols and maintain up-to-date documentation for compliance
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience
- No previous experience required
- Ability to frequently lift/carry and push/pull objects weighing 0-25 lbs
- Strong visual acuity and depth perception for identifying colors and distances
- Frequent use of hearing and speech for effective oral communication
