What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Coordinate scheduling and referrals to other healthcare providers and services, obtaining approval for schedule changes or cancellations as appropriate
- Assist with the maintenance and updating of provider contact information
- Ensure all medical appointments, special instructions, and patient information are entered into the electronic medical system
- Follow site-specific protocols and maintain up-to-date documentation to ensure compliance
- Perform other duties as assigned
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience
- No prior experience required
- Ability to frequently lift/carry and push/pull objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Frequent use of vision and hearing for effective communication and task performance
- Ability to engage in various physical activities, including sitting, standing, walking, and repetitive movements
