We are looking for a Scheduler with excellent English (10/10), strong experience handling a high volume of calls, and solid skills in appointment scheduling and system management. If you are organized, tech‑savvy, and enjoy working in a virtual environment, this role is a great fit for you.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and reschedule appointments.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls (high volume).
- Update information in internal systems and digital platforms.
- Manage calendars, messages, and follow-ups.
- Work remotely while multitasking efficiently.
Requirements
- English level C1/C2 – excellent communication skills.
- Experience in scheduling, call center, or appointment coordination.
- Ability to work in fast‑paced, fully virtual environments.
- Strong system navigation (CRM, calendars, Google Workspace/Microsoft Office).
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks at once.
