About The Role

As a Scheduler, you’ll coordinate rosters and provide real-time support to ensure our programs and services run smoothly. Working within a collaborative team, you’ll handle daily rostering, timesheet processing, and communication with staff and participants to keep everything running like clockwork.

️ This is a full-time, office-based role in Nowra with hours of 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain rosters using scheduling software

Manage day-to-day scheduling needs, including changes and short-notice shifts

Respond to enquiries from participants, families, and staff

Ensure rostered shifts align with participant goals, staff availability, and compliance

Manage support worker timesheets and related payroll information

Maintain accurate records, shift notes, and service documentation

Participate in the rotating on-call roster for after-hours scheduling support

About You

You’re a natural problem solver with a people-first mindset. You enjoy working behind the scenes to make sure others are supported, and you thrive in a fast-moving, purpose-driven environment.

You’ll Bring

✅ Experience in rostering or scheduling (ideally in disability, health, or aged care)

✅ Understanding of the NDIS and the SCHADS Award (including penalties and allowances)

✅ Great communication and time-management skills

✅ Strong attention to detail and confidence using software systems

✅ Qualifications in Community Services or a related field (desirable but not essential)
