Right at Home Sydney The Hills is seeking an experienced Scheduler / Rostering Officer to join our supportive and growing team. You will play a key role in coordinating care services that enable clients to live independently and safely in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate care staff rosters
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and client enquiries professionally
  • Match clients with suitable care workers and manage service changes
  • Maintain accurate rostering and scheduling systems
  • Ensure timely and accurate timesheet processing for payroll
  • Assist with compliance checks (NDIS Worker Screening, Police Checks, visas)
  • Support onboarding and documentation management
  • Resolve rostering and payroll queries efficiently
  • Support daily office operations and workflow

About You

  • Previous experience in scheduling or rostering (essential)
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Team player with a positive and professional attitude

Skills & Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with rostering or CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills
