Right at Home Sydney The Hills is seeking an experienced Scheduler / Rostering Officer to join our supportive and growing team. You will play a key role in coordinating care services that enable clients to live independently and safely in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate care staff rosters
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and client enquiries professionally
- Match clients with suitable care workers and manage service changes
- Maintain accurate rostering and scheduling systems
- Ensure timely and accurate timesheet processing for payroll
- Assist with compliance checks (NDIS Worker Screening, Police Checks, visas)
- Support onboarding and documentation management
- Resolve rostering and payroll queries efficiently
- Support daily office operations and workflow
About You
- Previous experience in scheduling or rostering (essential)
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Team player with a positive and professional attitude
Skills & Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with rostering or CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
