Job Description:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective scheduling of home and center-based ABA therapy sessions. You will work closely with our clients, their families, therapists, and administrative staff to coordinate and manage the scheduling process, ensuring all sessions are appropriately staffed and scheduled to meet client needs.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clinical staff and families to gather necessary information for scheduling ABA therapy sessions.

Coordinate with therapists and staff to assign appropriate therapists to each session based on client and therapist availability and expertise.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date schedules for all clients.

Communicate regularly with clients, therapists, and staff to address scheduling conflicts, cancellations, and rescheduling requests.

Monitor and track session attendance to ensure accurate billing and reporting.

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines when handling client information.

Job Hours

7:30-3:30

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certification in administration or related field is a plus.

Proven experience in scheduling or administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare or ABA therapy setting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, families, therapists, and staff.

Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices is preferred but not required.
