Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Scheduling Coordinator at Arriva Translations. The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for managing appointments, communicating effectively with clients and team members, providing administrative assistance, and demonstrating exceptional phone etiquette on a daily basis.

Qualifications

Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities

Proficient in Phone Etiquette

Experience in Appointment Scheduling and Administrative Assistance

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and remotely

Experience in the legal industry is a plus

Previous customer service experience is beneficial

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
