We are currently seeking a highly dependable and enthusiastic Scheduling Coordinator to join our White Plains office in Westchester.

The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for efficiently scheduling caregivers to ensure timely and effective delivery of home care services to our clients. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage scheduling software, and a proactive approach to resolving scheduling conflicts while maintaining high standards of client care.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and assign caregivers to client visits and shifts based on client needs and caregiver availability

Maintain and update caregiver schedules in the scheduling software/system

Handle scheduling requests, changes, and emergencies promptly and effectively

Serve as the primary point of contact for caregivers regarding scheduling inquiries and updates

Communicate schedule changes and updates to caregivers and clients in a clear and timely manner

Address and resolve scheduling conflicts and issues in collaboration with the senior scheduling coordinator or management

Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of caregiver assignments and client schedules

Provide support to caregivers regarding scheduling-related inquiries and issues

Assist clients and their families with scheduling concerns and inquiries as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in scheduling coordination, preferably in a home care or healthcare setting

Experience with scheduling software and proficiency in MS Office Suite
