Our ideal candidate will possess:
A minimum of one year of scheduling or coordination experience in Home care Agency
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
The willingness to participate in a PAID on-call rotation
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in using scheduling software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office
As a Scheduling Coordinator at Affirmed Home Care, you will be responsible for:
Efficiently coordinating and scheduling caregivers for client visits
Ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients, caregivers, and other team members
Managing and updating schedules to accommodate changes and requests
Collaborating with the care management team to ensure optimal client care
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
