As our business continues to grow, we are expanding our administrative support team and seeking a Remote Scheduling Coordinator to help manage service bookings and customer communications.
Position Overview
The Scheduling Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking vehicle repair services. This role is responsible for managing appointment requests, coordinating schedules with the repair team, and ensuring customers receive clear and timely communication regarding service availability.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a remote environment while managing multiple scheduling tasks throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage inbound appointment requests from customers via phone, email, and online booking platforms
• Schedule vehicle repair estimates, inspections, and service appointments
• Coordinate schedules with technicians, estimators, and service advisors
• Confirm appointments and provide reminders to customers prior to scheduled visits
• Maintain accurate records of appointments, service notes, and customer information
• Communicate with customers regarding appointment availability and scheduling changes
• Assist with rescheduling appointments when necessary
• Maintain scheduling calendars and ensure efficient daily service capacity
• Provide professional customer service and respond promptly to inquiries
Required Qualifications
• 1–2 years of experience in scheduling, or administrative coordination
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and scheduling requests simultaneously
• Comfortable using scheduling software, email systems, and basic office applications
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in automotive service, or service scheduling environments
• Familiarity with customer service platforms or CRM systems
• Experience coordinating service appointments or customer bookings
Compensation
Salary Range: $45,000 – $58,000 per year (based on experience)
