Position Summary:
We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Office Manager to be the first point of contact for our tenants and guests. This role is vital to delivering an exceptional tenant experience and ensuring our offices and common areas are maintained to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service and act as a positive representative of the Hoffmann brand.
Greet and assist tenants and visitors warmly and professionally.
Address client concerns efficiently and effectively.
Coordinate monthly client appreciation experiences and participate in quarterly networking events.
Conduct tours and respond to inquiries from prospective clients.
Support new initiatives and system implementations.
Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of offices and common areas, ensuring all spaces are “show ready.”
Track and report service charges to the Operations Manager as needed.
Manage kitchen and pantry supplies, restock and maintain cleanliness.
Walk through and inspect offices, washrooms, and hallways for cleanliness, supplies, lighting, and maintenance issues.
Ensure client records are accurate and up to date, including contact info and vehicle details.
Maintain organized front desk and secure computer systems nightly.
