Responsibilities:
Performing document control
Maintaining administrative logs.
Support with contract administration.
Managing time sensitive data.
Procurement of materials.
Maintaining electronic and physical plan and specification conformed documents.
Qualifications:
Ability to multitask & prioritize.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Time management and organizational skills.
Extensive knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
Preferred office experience in the construction industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
