Location: Long Beach, CA-Hybrid – onsite 2 days per week
Pay rate: $30/hr-$32/hr on W2 (All inclusive)
Type of Hire: Contract
Duration : 18+ Months
Schedule: M–F, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Overview
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to support Main Panel Upgrade (MPU) operations. This role involves coordinating schedules, managing documentation, communicating with customers, and ensuring compliance with timelines and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate MPU disconnect/reconnect activities
- Manage scheduling systems and maintain accurate documentation
- Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders
- Monitor timelines to ensure regulatory (CPUC) compliance
- Track and prioritize backlog to meet deadlines
- Ensure adherence to established processes and procedures
Required Skills
- Experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative support
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and follow procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree in Business, Operations, or related field (preferred)
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
