COMPENSATION

The salary range for this role is $90,000 – $125,000 per year, based on experience, communication skills, organizational abilities, and client hiring needs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

– Schedule, modify, and confirm appointments

– Coordinate calendars and meeting schedules

– Maintain accurate appointment records and documentation

– Communicate with clients regarding scheduling updates

– Respond to appointment-related inquiries

– Track appointment attendance and follow-ups

– Maintain scheduling databases and systems

– Coordinate with internal teams to manage availability

– Assist with reporting and administrative tasks

– Ensure data accuracy across scheduling platforms

– Maintain confidentiality of client information

– Support daily operational and coordination activities

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

– High school diploma or equivalent required

– Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

– 0–2 years of experience in administration, customer service, scheduling, or support roles

– Strong organizational and time management skills

– Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

– Attention to detail and accuracy

– Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)

– Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

– Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

– Professional, dependable, and customer-focused mindset
