The Purpose Of The Job Is To Provide a Warm Welcome To All Visitors And Incoming Callers, Alongside a Broad Provision Of Administrative Support To The School, Including
Welcome and sign-in/out all visitors and parents.
Receive incoming phone calls/queries from parents and stakeholders.
Resolve queries and questions (liaising with relevant members of the school team for assistance as appropriate).
Receive incoming goods/post and forward these to appropriate team members at school.
Dealing with ad-hoc queries.
Look after kids when parents drop by for enquiries.
Send the kids to the classroom after parents drop by the kids at reception area.
Order and distribute school uniforms.
Assisting, where necessary, with School events such as Open Days.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience working in a school office setting highly desired.
Must be able to present a professional office with great customer service skills.
Must have a positive attitude and be able to collaborate with others, while helping to maintain a pleasant working environment.
