The School of Clinical Sciences is seeking an experienced School Administrator to provide outstanding administrative support to the School.

The role is responsible for establishing and maintaining examination/finance processes, providing administrative support to the Deputy Head(s) of School, booking of travel and organisation of events including in-house events. It will also support departments within the school with varying administrative tasks when required.

The School Administrator is required to have strong systems and IT skills within the MS Office suite, be a fast learner, able to multi-task, and prioritise work at a high level. This role requires a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, initiative, and the ability to communicate effectively with academic and professional staff. Experience within a university environment would be advantageous.

The position requires a minimum of five years tertiary administration experience, and preferably experience and knowledge in finance.

Salary Range:

$56,500 – $75,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
