Position Overview
The Litigation Services unit manages requests for agency records and witness appearances in defense of approximately 3,000 personal injury cases annually. We seek a highly organized, self-motivated individual experienced with electronic records, capable of researching, collecting, and producing digital records following our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The role involves working in a fast-paced, paperless environment, achieving proficiency in electronic records searches across various databases, and possessing excellent verbal communication skills.
The candidate may need to travel to different borough offices and courthouses to testify and perform administrative duties such as scheduling, assisting counsel, processing timesheets, and onboarding new hires.

Minimum Qualifications
A baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution; or
An associate degree or 60 semester credits plus two years of relevant experience; or
A high school diploma or equivalent plus four years of relevant experience; or
An equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Skills
Excellent verbal, communication, and computer skills are highly desired.
