Summary
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team at Saltwater Farm. This role is essential in supporting daily operations, managing schedules, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Located in the picturesque Friday Harbor, this position plays a key part in enhancing our guests’ experiences.
Responsibilities
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Take sales calls with potential clients
Manage calendars and schedule appointments for staff.
Provide clerical support including filing, document preparation, and correspondence.
Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent service to guests.
Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Maintain office organization and ensure supplies are stocked.
Requirements
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
