Administrative Assistant (Entry-Level) Job Description

Location: Brooklyn, NY (On-Site, Monday–Friday)
Salary: $1,000–$1,500 per month (depending on experience)

About the Role:

We’re hiring a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Brooklyn. This is a full-time, entry-level position for someone who can be in the office every weekday and help keep operations running smoothly. You’ll support our real estate and construction projects with basic admin work and daily office tasks.

Responsibilities:

Handle front desk tasks: phone calls, emails, visitors, mail
Maintain organized filing systems (paper and digital)
Support project and property documentation
Assist with scheduling, meeting logistics, and calendar coordination
Track office inventory and order supplies as needed
Perform basic data entry and record-keeping
Help coordinate deliveries, vendors, and service providers
Run occasional errands or support field teams with logistics

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous admin or office experience is a plus, but not required
Comfortable with basic computer tasks (email, Word, Excel)
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Able to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines
Punctual and dependable—must be in the office every day
Interest or experience in real estate or construction is a plus

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Office-based in Brooklyn

Compensation & Benefits:

Monthly salary: $1,000–$1,500 depending on experience
