JOB SUMMARY for Administrative Scheduler
Red Dirt Septic, a leader in Oklahoma Wastewater Industry is adding an Administrative Support Associate to the North Edmond Location. This is an energetic fast-paced construction environment. The position deals directly with customers as the first point of contact in person and over the phone. Candidates should posses a friendly, helpful attitude and display exceptional skills in customer service, problem solving and multitasking. Attention to detail is essential
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES for Administrative Scheduler
Scheduling work orders
Coordinating with Service Technicians, Pumpers, & Customers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience & working knowledge of QuickBooks & Scheduling Software a plus
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience Requirements for Administrative Scheduler
High School diploma or equivalent
Be able to multitask
Organized
Detail oriented
Once a month weekend will be required. Saturday 9am-1pm
Subject to pre-employment background check and drug screening
WORKING CONDITIONS for Administrative Scheduler
Shifts 8:30-5:30
One Saturday a Month 9:00 – 1:00
Regular attendance and punctuality required.
