I am currently working with a professional services organisation who have a team of company secretaries. They are currently looking to hire an experienced company secretary with professional services experience.

As Company Secretarial Manager, some of your duties will include:
Key responsibilities:
-managing a portfolio of entities
-advisory/consultancy services such as group reorganisations
-share transfers, allotments, share buy backs, capital reductions
-in corporations of entities, registration of UK establishments, dividend payments
-company name changes, striking off and restorations
-board support including taking minutes
-providing advice on company law, governance and cosec matters
-carry out reviews/audits of company books
-draft client fees
There will also be management of two individuals alongside some business development duties.
WFH:3 days per week in the office, 2 from home.
Key skills
Experience of Diligent
Professional services background
Ideally CGI qualified
