Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized Secretary / Receptionist with Document Controller experience to support our construction team. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient document control for project records.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage reception duties, including calls, emails, and visitor coordination.
Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
Maintain and organize construction documents, drawings, and records in compliance with company standards.
Assist in the preparation, review, and distribution of project documents.
Ensure proper filing, retrieval, and version control of all project-related documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for document submissions and approvals.
Handle office correspondence and maintain confidential records.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a construction or engineering firm.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Knowledge of construction document control standards and procedures.
