We are looking for asecretaryin the construction industry.

Tasks:
Administrative Support:
· Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and project team.
· Handle correspondence, manage emails, and maintain filing systems.
Meeting Coordination:
· Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
· Organize travel arrangements and accommodations for project staff.
Document Management:
· Prepare, organize, and store project documents and reports.
· Assist in the preparation of presentation materials and reports.
Communication Liaison:
· Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
· Manage phone calls and relay messages accurately and promptly.
Data Entry and Management:
· Perform data entry tasks and maintain databases with up-to-date project information.
Skills and Profile
Must have:
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
Must be fluent in English.
5 years of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, preferably in the construction industry.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Commitment to ethical management, avoiding “cover-your-ass” tactics, and promoting transparency and accountability.
Should have:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
Familiarity with basic accounting and bookkeeping principles.
Nice to have:
Multilingual abilities, especially proficiency in Arabic
Experience with project management software.
Knowledge of the construction industry and its terminology.
Salary and Benefits:
12 monthly salaries of SAR 5000 – annual salary of SAR 60,000
Salary will be in SAR.
