Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
– Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes
– Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining documents and records
– Perform data entry tasks using Insurance Agency Management System AMS360 or other software
– Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
– Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Skills:
– Bilingual proficiency preferred
– English proficiency required
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers
– Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
– Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
– Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team
