Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Secretary & Admin Assistant to manage daily administrative tasks, including handling emails, phone calls, scheduling meetings, and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and respond to emails professionally and promptly.

Handle incoming and outgoing calls, taking messages when necessary.

Organize and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.

Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records.

Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations when required.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other office documentation.

Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure smooth office operations.

Handle confidential information with discretion.

Support the management team with other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role.

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Language: Proficiency in English is a must; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
