The Executive Assistant position is primarily responsible for providing all administrative support in an efficient and professional manner. Candidate must be able to work independently with little or no supervisory direction.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Provide complete administrative support for two Senior Executives and staff
Expert calendar management of complex and fast-moving schedules
Professionally answer phones and relay messages in a timely manner
Manage/Plan/Execute all travel arrangements – domestic and international
Proactively coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings
Maintain and process expense reports and invoices
Flexible schedule to assist with corporate events, including occasional early mornings or evenings
Personal support for senior executives as requested
Provide back-up support for CEO Executive Assistant
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Interact in a friendly and professional manner with all levels of staff
Effective multi-tasking, problem solving, and time management skills
Excellent organizational skills; strong attention to detail; ability and flexibility to handle new tasks and shifting deadlines
Must have excellent editing, proofreading, grammar, spelling, and outstanding communication skills, written and verbal
Ability to handle high-volume workload
Experience organizing electronic files in systems like SharePoint
Expert MS Office proficiency: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Very comfortable using and learning the latest office technologies (Audio Visual Equipment,MS Teams, webinars, video conferencing, etc.)
Personal effectiveness/credibility/punctuality
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
At least 10 years of experience supporting senior management; preferably within the Oil & Gas Industry
Experience working with C-Level executives preferred
Acceptable criminal (background) clearance and satisfactory reference checks
Compliance with Plain’s Drug & Alcohol Policy including pre-employment testing
