We are looking for a Secretary / HR Support to support our C-Suite and to work closely with the HR team in Talent Coordination. This role will report to the Head of HR and Admin.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibility to CEO/CIO/CFO

Provide general administrative support – calendar management

Organise Monthly Staff meeting with CEO (coffee with New Joiners?)

Travel arrangement – flights, hotel bookings, visa application

Events planning, eg., company offsite, when required

Preparation and submission of expense claims

Secondary Responsibility:

Assisting with Recruitment: Helping with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, managing applications, and assisting with interviews

Onboarding New Hires: Assisting with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing necessary paperwork and providing orientation materials

Undertake any ad-hoc projects assigned by the management team from time to time

Requirements

Possess a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Administrative / Business Studies

Minimum 5 years of related experience in a financial institution or a sizable multinational company

Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills

Independent with good analytical and problem-solving skills

Aptitude to multi-task and work in an organized manner under pressure and time constraints

A team player

Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
