Duties

This position may be filled at one of the following locations: Phoenix, AZ, Las Vegas, NV, Denver, CO, Kansas City, MO. The following are the duties of this position at the GS-8. If you are selected at a lower grade level, you will have the opportunity to learn to perform all these duties, and will receive training to help you grow in this position.

Assist the SAC or ASAC in planning, formulating, and executing various programs (e.g., space projects, inventory management, etc.).

Input data to OI’s case management systems for the division.

Maintain property management and inventory data for area of responsibility (e.g., office equipment, personal equipment).

Coordinate training and information to divisional staff regarding administrative programs and procedures as well as changes in these areas.

Arrange and attend various meetings, record detailed notes, and prepare notes for distribution.

Qualifications
