1. Audit security guard duty performance for anomalies; verify security screening procedures and track the movement of materials entering and exiting the facility.
Kiểm tra và đánh giá các bất thường trong quá trình thực hiện nhiệm vụ của nhân viên bảo vệ; xác minh quy trình kiểm tra an ninh và theo dõi việc xuất nhập vật tư trong nhà máy.
2. Maintain surveillance documentation; maintain thorough familiarity with all camera locations; promptly update records regarding changes to camera placements; and periodically update site layout diagrams.
Quản lý hồ sơ giám sát; nắm rõ vị trí của toàn bộ camera; cập nhật kịp thời các thay đổi liên quan đến vị trí camera; và định kỳ cập nhật sơ đồ bố trí khu vực giám sát.
3. Record details of outbound shipments and track the movement of vehicles within the facility grounds.
Ghi nhận thông tin hàng hóa xuất đi và theo dõi quá trình di chuyển của phương tiện trong khuôn viên nhà máy.
4. Cooperate with criminal investigations and assist in retrieving surveillance footage requested by employees.

Job Requirement/ Yêu cầu công việc
1. Able to adapt to shift work and overtime.
Có thể làm việc theo ca và tăng ca khi cần thiết.
2. Proficient in the use of office software such as Word and Excel, and highly skilled in operating mainstream monitoring systems.
Thành thạo các phần mềm văn phòng như Word, Excel và có kỹ năng vận hành tốt các hệ thống giám sát phổ biến.
3. Capable of independently handling daily inspections of monitoring center host systems, as well as troubleshooting common issues such as equipment malfunctions, system crashes, and lost video footage.
Có khả năng độc lập thực hiện kiểm tra hằng ngày hệ thống trung tâm giám sát, đồng thời xử lý các sự cố thông thường như lỗi thiết bị, hệ thống bị treo hoặc mất dữ liệu video.
4. Diploma degree or above.
Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên.
5. Able to communicate in English and Chinese.
Có khả năng giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh và tiếng Trung.
