Role Description This full-time, on-site Security Coordinator role at Grand Anara Airport Hotel in Tangerang is responsible for overseeing day-to-day safety and security operations across the property. The Security Coordinator monitors entrances, public areas, and restricted zones, responds to incidents and alarms, and ensures that guests, team members, and assets are protected at all times. The role includes conducting regular security patrols, supervising security staff, coordinating with local authorities when needed, and maintaining up-to-date incident logs and reports. The Security Coordinator develops and implements security procedures, supports emergency preparedness drills, and provides security briefings and guidance to hotel departments to maintain a safe environment.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Physical Security and Security Awareness to protect guests, employees, and property.
- Gada Madya Certification is must.
- Active KTA Security.
- Experience with Security Management, including coordinating security operations and supervising security person.
- Ability to assess risk, respond calmly to emergencies, and follow established safety and security protocols.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with hotel teams and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, integrity, and a high level of professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Prior experience in hospitality, facilities, or corporate security is an advantage.
- Relevant security certifications or training, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
