Providence Health Plan is calling a Senior Administrative Assistant who will:

Provide administrative support in a highly confidential in nature to PHP executive suite members

Support additional PHP leaders with guidance from Executive Assistant to the Chief Healthcare Experience and Equity Officer

Please note the following important details regarding this role:

This position is a hybrid role that will work a combination of in office / work from home as defined by the manager and departmental needs

We welcome residents to apply that live in the following areas:

Oregon: Washington, Multnomah, Marion, Clackamas Counties

Washington: Clark County

Required qualifications for this position include:

5+ years of experience as an administrative assistant

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

Experience supporting C-Suite Level Leadership within an organization of more than 500+ employees

Prior Healthcare and or Health Plan experience is a plus

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
