DeVerna & Co Financial is seeking a detail-oriented and personable Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate takes immense pride in their work and has a true passion for helping others. Working from the DeVerna & Co office in Perrysburg Ohio, the candidate will be part of a small, dynamic team that is dedicated to exceptional client service.

The purpose of this position is to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the practice while providing superior customer service to the firm’s prospects, clients, and team members. Position requires team members to perform general administrative services such as supporting financial advisors, preparing reports, client maintenance needs and assisting with new business.

WHAT WE OFFER

Full time position based in Perrysburg, OH

RESPONSIBILITIES

Preparation, processing, servicing, and maintenance of client plans
Assist in answering incoming calls.
Maintain client notes and schedule necessary appointments.
Investigate and resolve account-related inquiries.
Ensure advisors have all pre-appointment needs (applications, paperwork, etc.)
Aid Advisors in enacting their financial recommendations for clients.
Capture and maintain client information in CRM and Reporting systems.
Support new business processes.
Scheduling client appointments.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize.
Flexibility and willingness to assist others as required.
Consistent follow through
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a professional and friendly manner.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Willing to work as part of a team.
Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to learn new computer and software skills.
High School diploma or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field (preferred)
