Job description: Office Assistant
Base office: Secaucus, NJ
Responsibilities:
Support office management tasks such as coordinating mail distribution and maintaining filing systems.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and communication across departments.
Maintain an organized office environment, ensuring that supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly.
Open and Distribute packages
Prepare sample cards
Sending approvals (labels) to factories
Prepare & Create outgoing Packages (FedEx, Mail, UPS, etc.)
Assisting with project tasks as needed, such as compiling information
Greeting visitors, directing them to the appropriate person.
Performing other relevant duties when needed cross departments
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelly.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Time management skill.
Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook.
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectivelly.
Contribute to the overall success of our office.
Job Type: Part-time
Schedule:
4-hour shift – 4 days a week in the office on Monday’s, Tuesday’s, Wednesday’s & Thursday’s. Subject to change.
Ability to commute/relocate:
Secaucus, NJ 07094: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
Excel: 1 Experience in Administrative experience (Preferred)
