We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Administrative Assistant to support our Chief Audit Executive, Audit Operations and Nasdaq’s Internal Audit team.

The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support and assist with scheduling meetings, calendar management, facilitate effective correspondence handling, and provide Audit Operations support. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, close collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively in a professional business environment.

Roles And Responsibilities

Manage the Chief Audit Executive’s calendar and schedule meetings with Management and Audit team members

Help facilitate internal communications and coordinate meetings or events

Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional and confidential manner

Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries

Provide support to Audit Operations as needed

Provide support for special projects as needed

You Will Need The Following Skills And Experience

2+ years administrative experience in a corporate environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment

Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information

The base pay range for this role is $47,500 – $79,200. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
