Responsibilities

Collect Payment from customers
Utilize computer systems for data entry and record keeping.
Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Operate phone systems to facilitate communication within the office.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Assist in office management tasks, including scheduling appointments.
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
Write Reports and Estimates for clients.

Experience

Previous experience as a Secretarial Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Proficiency in computer applications and office software is essential.
Familiarity with office management practices and customer service principles.
Strong attention to detail with proven proofreading skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
Experience with phone systems and customer support is a plus.
