Job Opportunity: Office Manager

We’re seeking a highly organized, experienced, and tech-savvy Office Manager to join our team

full-time.

Your Key Responsibilities:

● Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and professionalism.

● Manage phone calls, messages, and appointment scheduling efficiently.

● Supervise patient check-in and check-out, ensuring accuracy in information and excellent

service.

● Address patient inquiries, resolve concerns, and escalate issues when necessary.

● Maintain and update patient records, billing, and insurance processing.

● Implement and manage office systems, policies, and procedures.

● Coordinate staff schedules and monitor performance.

● Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and supply management.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
