Location: Fort Collins, CO

Status: Full-Time, hourly

Hours: 8 am- 5:00 pm with occasional early morning/evening assistance

What You’ll Do:

This position serves as an assistant to both the Chief Clinical Officer and the Deputy executive Director and provides assistance to department directors. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant supports both administrators in all aspects of their position, including communication, projects, community events, internal affairs, assessments, and appointments. Roles may include the following duties and responsibilities:

Managing assigned projects and providing updates to executive team members.

Providing administrative support to executive leadership team members.

Coordinating identified activities/events/meetings.

Maintaining agency business records.

Maintaining meeting minutes, including for chief and executive-level meetings.

Coordinating facilities and activity/event/meeting space.

Receiving and screening telephone calls and relaying information via telephone.

Receiving, screening, and sending emails and relaying information via email.

Plans, coordinates and schedules meetings, events, appointments, conferences and other business activities that may require running errands and use of a personal vehicle.

Demonstrates through appropriate language and interaction, the respect and accommodation of different cultures and the diversity of beliefs held by staff, clients, stakeholders, and the community.

Knowledge of diversity and inclusion with the relevant ability to engage, communicate, interact, and work effectively and cooperatively with people of different backgrounds, identities, and culturally diverse communities.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Manage multiple priority projects simultaneously.

Operate with a high level of latitude for independent judgment and initiative.
