Boardwalk Beach Resort is currently accepting applications for an Evening/Day Manager. To become a part of our team you should enjoy providing excellent customer service while working in a friendly environment. Two-years of supervisory experience, in related field is preferred but not required. This position also offers year-round employment with benefits and advancement opportunities all at an ocean front resort! This is an evening/day shift position.
Job Description: (not limited to)
Acts as Manager on duty, and supports Guest Service Manager during evening hours
Promptly resolves any guest complaints or issues
Coordinate activities with other hotel departments in order to facilitate increased levels of communication and guest satisfactory
Anticipate guest / homeowners needs, change direction quickly
Deliver and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, safety and conduct
Ensure proper communication within the department / homeowners
Other job duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
2 years+ in supervisory or management position
Proficiency in computers (i.e., word, spreadsheets, quick books, databases)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Must possess decision-making skills
Accounting is a plus
Must have reliable transportation
Projects a favorable image of the property to the public at all times
Responsible, reliable, and honest
Teamwork and collaboration
