About the Role:
This is more than just an admin role its an opportunity to launch your career in the mortgage industry with hands-on mentorship, training, and room to grow. Youll work closely with an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer who is committed to helping you succeed. This role is all about learning the business from the ground up while keeping the teams day-to-day operations running smoothly. If youre someone who thrives on checking things off a to-do list, loves solving problems, and is ready to work hard to build a future in a meaningful industry, we want to hear from you.
Supporting the loan process from start to finish gathering paperwork, tracking deadlines, and keeping everyone in the loop- making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Managing and tracking our CRM system to ensure information is accurate and communications are being delivered consistently and effectively.
Co-planning and coordinating client appreciation events, seminars and workshops, and other events to develop business and maintain partnerships.
Learning the ins and outs of the mortgage process so you can anticipate needs and provide top-notch support.
Pitching in on social media posts and marketing materials (bonus if you know Canva!).
Organizing the office to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.
Being a reliable teammate whos willing to jump in and help wherever needed.
