*Job Overview*
We are seeking an Administrative Specialist to be our first point of contact for our office, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to the team. The position will support a multitude of tasks including answering phone calls, client communication, data input, filing documents and handling confidential information.
*Responsibilities*
– Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
– Manage busy phones, qualify calls, address client inquiries and direct calls appropriately
– Schedule appointments and manage calendars
– Perform administrative tasks, support staff as needed
– Maintain supplies for office and equipment
– Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
– Manage incoming and outgoing mail
*Qualifications*
– Experience in the health care industry in a supporting role
– Professional customer service, effectively build relationships with clients and co-workers
– Effective phone handling skills, active listener
– Familiarity with CRM software, proficiency with Microsoft Office
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
– Resourceful, creative problem-solver
– Knowledge of health insurance is advantageous
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
